UX Designer II (Core Products)

Job Summary
We are looking for a UX Designer II to help evolve and enhance the experience of our core product portfolio. You will be dedicated to our Core Products portfolio with a primary focus on TrustedForm and will be responsible for both contributing to the overall product experience and ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.
You will work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design to improve the platform’s core workflows and key customer use cases. Your work will focus on simplifying complex interactions, refining critical workflows, and ensuring our products remain intuitive and efficient for the customers who rely on them every day.
You will work on projects from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across the platform. Our team also embraces modern tools and emerging technologies, including AI-assisted design workflows, to support research and ideation as part of the design process.
Your work will directly impact how customers interact with TrustedForm and complete key tasks within the product.
Key Responsibilities
Lead your own design projects within the Core Products portfolio, from research and ideation to execution and iteration.
Design and improve user experiences across TrustedForm workflows and features.
Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify complex product interactions and improve key user journeys.
Leverage user research, feedback, and product insights to iterate on designs and validate solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with ActiveProspect’s brand and UX standards.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to implement solutions that improve usability and product efficiency.
Identify friction points within existing workflows and propose design solutions that enhance clarity and usability.
Leverage prior experience from other organizations to contribute to the UX department by supporting initiatives, enhancing processes, conducting research, contributing to team growth, and helping advance maturity within the company.
Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business needs and technical feasibility.
Qualifications and Skills
3–5+ years of experience in UX design at a B2B SaaS company.
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear and intuitive user experiences.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate design rationale effectively.
Experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams.
Familiarity with data-driven products or operational workflows is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools or workflows to support research, ideation, or UX writing is a plus.
