Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team and drive the hiring efforts primarily for our Product and Engineering teams. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for roles such as Software Engineers (front-end and back-end), Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and UX Designers as examples. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong proactive talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner closely with our Engineering and Product leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted and effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and engage with passive candidates using LinkedIn, AI, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen candidates for technical, cultural, and motivational fit, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, while providing prompt guidance and feedback to hiring teams.
- Leverage data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes dedicated to driving down time to fill while also measuring quality of hire.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently, source strong candidates, and be self directed
- Proven track record of quickly hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and UX Designers.
- Strong proactive sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, AI, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Talent Intelligence Platforms, and other recruitment technologies (we currently use JazzHR, but are always exploring alternative tools).
