As our Senior Marketing Manager you will apply your experience and passion for marketing technologies as you drive all of our marketing efforts. The primary objective of your role will be to drive inbound leads, and ultimately sales. Your demand generation expertise will be a key component of your success as will your ability to coordinate with the sales team to target the right prospects at the right time. You will oversee all of the content creation projects, and in some cases craft copy yourself. This is a “roll up your sleeves” role, partnering with an in-house designer, contractors as needed and key stakeholders throughout the company. We’re a nimble team of “doers” and need you to be the same.
Responsibilities and Duties
Demand Generation: You’ll own our demand generation efforts. You must understand demand generation methodologies in order to make recommendations, implement your plans and report on the outcome.
Content: You’ll spearhead all content generation for the company, working with your colleagues and partners to set a content creation rhythm that drives interest from both prospects and customers, reinforcing our leadership of the Lead Acquisition space. You aren’t expected to create all of our content, but ultimately responsible for our content going to market on time.
Segmentation: You’ll segment our existing prospect lists to ensure each group receives relevant, compelling messaging.
Marketing Systems: You’ll understand the marketing tools that can help us drive and convert inbound leads, make recommendations as to which we should adopt and then implement, optimize and measure the results.
Events: You’ll manage all conferences from both the strategic and logistical perspectives. You will be the primary point of contact to ensure all goes well for the 3 - 5 conferences where we exhibit each year as well as a few of our own events.Search: You’ll work closely with the agency that handles our search campaigns, tracking performance and managing the agency relationship.
